WHAT IS TFS?

TFS is a small paper 'star'. It is folded in such a way that it is simple to unfold, but complicated to fold again.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

It represents freedom. We live in a world in which expressing what we are truly about is not considered right or acceptable. We need to break away from everything that makes us blue. The TFS works as a release and an encouragement for people to express themselves for who they really are, not afraid to do and be what they are all about.
One can relate to it as how we deal with difficult moments in our lives: it is hard to pile them all up to a point in which breaking down is unavoidable, but once we figure out how to solve them, they easily fade away. The TFS is difficult to fold, but very easy to unfold, so one can use it as an exercise of relaxation: if you have a big problem you can't seem to deal with, you unfold a star and feel like all the weigh from it goes with this action.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You make one and keep it. When you need encouragement or seek relief, remember of the good things it means and unfold it. You can also spread it and give it to others as a symbol of best wishes, support and appreciation. Giving a TSF to someone means you care about their true happiness and fulfilment of self.
